WARNER ROBINS, GEORGIA – Former Houston County baseball star Gage Harrelson just completed a sensational freshman season at Texas Tech by earning a spot on the 2023 Collegiate Baseball Freshman All-American Team.

Harrelson, who was named to three different high school All-American teams following his senior year at Houston County, started 57 games as a true freshman for the Red Raiders, batting .324 with 22 extra-base hits. He ted the team in triples (5) and stolen bases (6). He also had 26 multi-hit games, 31 walks, 16 doubles, 56 runs scored and 45 RBIs.

At Houston County he batted .498 with 63 hits, 57 runs scored, 35 RBIs and 35 stolen bases. He was also named to the Georgia Dugout All-State Class 6A 1st-Team.
