HOSCHTON, GEORGIA – Mill Creek outlasted rival Buford, on a rainy night Georgia for a 31-24 victory in a match-up of undefeated national ranked programs. Mill Creek 31, Buford 24, Final

- Under pressure Raiola scrambles and throws incomplete as time expires. Mill Creek holds on for the 31-24 victory.

- Raiola completes a throw for a first down at the Mill Creek 5-yards line with just five seconds left

- Raiola deep ball broken up in the end zone.

- An offsides call against Mill Creek gives Buford a first down at the Mill Creek 34.

- Potential first down throw results in a 10th drop for Buford. 4th and one with 30 seconds to play.

- Throgmartin connects with Justin Content for a 21-yard touchdow, with 1:20 to play. Mill Creek, with the extra-point, leads 31-24.

- Cam Robinson breaks a tackle in the backfield and goes forward for a Mill Creek first down at the Buford 21, 2:27 left.

- On fourth-and-one from the Buford 19, Mill Creek calls time out.

- On a fourth and one, Mill Creek draws Buford offsides. The Hawks now have first down at the Buford 33.

- Cam Robinson bursts for a 12-yard run on first down.

- After a short punt, Mill Creek starts in good field position, at its own 40, with 7:07 left in the game.

- Raiola takes a big hit as his long ball to Bolden drift out of bounds. Raiola is then sacked on third down and Buford will kick it away again.

- Raiola scrambles to his right and finds Allen, who breaks two tackles and races to a 55-yard touchdown. However, the play is wiped off because Buford was called for an ineligible man downfield.

- Nassir McCoy steps in front of a Throgmartin pass out to flat and walks in for an easy pick six. Buford ties it at 24 with the extra-point kick.

- Punt pins Mill Creek inside its own to start the Hawks' next possession.

- Broughton drops a wide open first down throw from Raiola. Buford will have to punt. Wolves now have nine drops in the contest.

- Greco follows that up with diving catch in the end zone for a 13-yard touchdown pass from Throgmartin. Lane's extra-point kick makes it 24-17 Mill Creek.

- Greco takes a swing pass from Throgmartin for a gain of eight. He has more than 100 yards receiving.

End of 3rd quarter: Buford 17, Mill Creek 17

- Cam Robinson with a big gainer in the run game. Mill Creek has a first down at the Buford 21 to close the third quarter.

- Patterson picks up a first down reception in Buford territory.

- Five-star KJ Bolden, a key for Buford on both sides of the ball, limps off the field gingerly with a leg injury.

- On a third down play, Throgmartin hits Greco for a first down throw.

Buford 17, Mill Creek 17, 2:38 left in third quarter

- Dylan McCoy stuffed on third down. On fourth, Raiola goes for the sneak, but fumbles. Mill Creek takes over at its own 7.

- Allen, after his great grab, drops a certain touchdown in the end zone. Third down.

- Allen makes a one-handed catch. Buford has 1st-and-goal from the one.

- Raiola finds Sam Harkness for another nice gain. Wolves down to the Mill Creek 16.

- Ty White turns a short toss into a big gainer. Buford has a first down at the Mill Creek 41.

- Raiola breaks several tackles and scrambles for a first down at the Buford 37.

- Punt goes for a touchback. Buford will start at its 20 with 6:45 left in the third quarter.

- Throgmartin then hits another big gainer to Jaiden Patterson but it is wiped off by an illegal motion call.

- Throgmartin drills Justin Content on a crossing pattern and he gains 27.

- Robinson breaks off a bruising 23-yard run out to the 42. First down for Mill Creek.

- Mill Creek starts its next drive at its own 19.

Mill Creek 10, Buford 10, 10:18 to play in the 2nd quarter

- Ty White breaks into the open and Raiola finds him for an easy 18-yard touchdown pitch. Ventura adds the extra point and we're tied again, 10-10.

- Raiola drops a perfect ball to Deronte Broughton for a big gainer. Buford at the Mill Creek 18.

- Devin Williams returns a short kick 20 yards. Buford starts at its own 47.

Mill Creek 10, Buford 3

- Throgmartin scores the first touchdown of the night with a 1-yard sneak. Hawks lead 9-3. Lane converts the extra-point to make it 10-3.

- Mill Creek will open the 2nd quarter with a second and goal from the Buford 1.

- Throgmartin goes over the top again to Greco for 25 yards. First and goal.
