Here are the candidates for the WaFd Bank Idaho High School Athlete of the Week for Sept. 18-Sept. 23 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Sunday at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced Monday, Oct. 2nd. IDAHO NOMINEES

Cache Beus, Skyview football: Went 21-of-23 for 400 yards and three touchdowns in a 47-8 win over Columbia.

Grayson Benitez, Notus football: Racked up 343 yards and seven touchdowns on 18 carries in a 60-26 win over Rimrock.

Gage Crow, Lewis County football: Piled up 375 rushing yards and seven touchdowns in all, including a kickoff return, in 48-0 shutout of Lakeside.

Cash McKie, Ridgevue football: Amassed 238 rushing yards and three touchdowns in a 63-26 win over Caldwell.

Amani Morel, Skyline football: Totaled 297 all-purpose yards and three touchdowns, including 207 yards and a pair of scores on the ground in a win over Idaho Falls.

Kylie Munday, Post Falls volleyball: Notched a double-double of 18 kills and 18 assists to go with four blocks in a three-set sweep of Moscow.

Audrey Orme, Boise girls cross country: Recorded the fastest time in the state at 17 minutes, 57.9 seconds in her runner-up finish at the Bob Firman Invitational.

Trevor Schoolfield, Boise football: Completed 20-of-24 passes for 281 yards and three touchdowns in a 35-21 win over Mountain View.

Alexa Sheppard, Coeur d’Alene Charter girls soccer: Netted five goals and an assist in an 11-0 shutout of Grangeville.

Tristen Smith, Camas County football: Tossed nine touchdown passes in a 59-6 victory over Hansen.
