Idaho high school football playoff brackets: 2023 state tournament matchups, game times

5A Eagle, 4A Hillcrest, 3A Sugar-Salem all top seeds as the IHSAA tournaments kick off Friday

Here are the Class 5A, 4A, 3A, 2A and 1A (D1) and 1A (D2) football brackets for the upcoming Idaho high school state playoffs:

* CLASS 5A BRACKET: Two-time defending champion Rigby enters as West's final seed.

* CLASS 4A BRACKET: Three-time defending champion Skyline is No. 5 seed.

* CLASS 3A BRACKET: Co-favorites Sugar-Salem, Homedale on opposite ends of bracket.

* CLASS 2A BRACKET: Tournament Declo is favorite, gets first-round bye. 

* CLASS 1A (D1) BRACKET: Oakley, Logos receive first-round byes.

* CLASS 1A (D2) BRACKET: Kendrick overwhelming favorite for third title in a row.
