Mohammed Abdullahi, Mather boys cross country
The senior won the Public League championship at 15:09.8.
Logan Abrams, Cary-Grove football
The sophomore rushed for 189 yards and four touchdowns in a 47-21 win over Crystal Lake South.
Aden Bandukwala, Hinsdale Central boys cross country
The senior and defending Class 3A state champ won the West Suburban Silver title, running 15:57.44 for 3.04 miles.
Andrew Bownes, East St. Louis football
The senior had 11 tackles and three sacks – both season highs – as the Flyers defeated host Edwardsville 27-15 to win the Southwestern Conference championship.
Kevon Brooks, South Elgin football
In a 49-7 victory over Bartlett, the junior completed 14 of 19 passes for 177 yards and four touchdowns.
Nick Day, Antioch football
The senior ran 12 times for 118 yards and scored two touchdowns in the third quarter of a 48-15 win over Grayslake Central.
Dillon Fitzpatrick, Barrington football
The senior had 19 carries for 192 yards and two touchdowns and added a touchdown reception in a 50-32 win over Palatine.
Allison Gizewicz, St. Charles North girls tennis
The senior advanced to state for the third straight season by defeating Batavia's Julia Arulandu 6-3, 6-4 in the Class 2A St. Charles North Sectional singles final.
Nick Herman, St. Rita football
In a 20-9 victory over St. Laurence, the junior ran 25 times for 152 yards and a touchdown.
Dylan Johnson, Sterling boys cross country
The senior won the Western Big Six title by 22 seconds, running 15:16.
Markus Kehrer, Breese Mater Dei football
The senior scored a career-high three touchdowns – two receiving, one rushing – in a 55-7 win over Decatur St. Teresa. He also had nine tackles on defense.
Riley Lepsi, Wheaton Warrenville South girls tennis
The freshman won the Class 2A Downers Grove South Sectional singles title with a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Naperville Central's Sofia Olaru.
Michael Loberg, Geneva football
The senior tight end caught four touchdown passes in a 42-20 win against St. Charles East.
Dylan Maloney, Plainfield South boys cross country
The junior ran a course-record 14:26 to win the Southwest Prairie title.
Aiden McClure, St. Charles North football
The sophomore intercepted three passes in a 42-14 victory over Lake Park.
David McCoy, Burlington Central football
In adverse weather conditions, the junior kicked the game-winning 20-yard field goal in a 17-14 overtime victory against Hampshire.
Ryan Mohler, Neuqua Valley football
Playing only a half in a 42-6 win over DeKalb, the senior had 252 total yards and four touchdowns.
Ishan Patel, Woodstock boys cross country
The senior won the Kishwaukee River Conference Meet for the third straight year.
Nick Peipert, Barrington football
The junior quarterback completed 13 of 16 passes for 148 yards and three touchdowns, and also added a rushing touchdown in a 50-32 win against Palatine.
Chris Pirrone, Lake Zurich football
In a 30-14 victory over Mundelein, the senior ran 29 times for 183 yards.
Colin Qualls, Triad football
The senior ran for 103 yards and two TDs on six carries, and also returned a punt 60 yards for a touchdown in a 51-6 win against Civic Memorial.
Michaela Quinn, York girls cross country
The senior won the West Suburban Silver title, running 18:50.28 for 3.04 miles, and led Class 3A No. 1 York to the team championship with 18 points.
Dakota Rakers, Carlyle football
The senior ran 23 times for 179 yards and two touchdowns, had a 25-yard reception and added 10 tackles on defense in a 28-25 win against Wesclin.
Kaden Rakers, Breese Central football
In a 33-13 win at Columbia, the junior finished with 237 total yards and three touchdowns. He ran 26 times for 175 yards and three scores, and caught two passes for 62 yards.
Adam Reiniger, Collinsville boys soccer
The senior had his first hat trick of the season in a 5-2 win over O'Fallon that clinched the Southwestern Conference title.
Blake Salvino, Glenbard East football
In a 28-14 win over previously unbeaten Glenbard South, the senior passed for 184 yards and three touchdowns.
Jake Skoog, Prospect football
In a 63-28 victory over Buffalo Grove, the junior threw for 299 yards and five touchdowns. He also ran for a TD.
Lulu Ton-That, Northside girls cross country
The junior won the Public League title in 18:24.1.
Addison Urbanski, LaSalle-Peru girls volleyball
The senior had 65 assists, 34 kills, six blocks and five aces as the Cavaliers (27-5) went 5-0 in the Limestone Classic.
Trenton Zeeb, Breese Mater Dei football
The senior passed for three touchdown passes and ran for another in a 55-7 win against Decatur St. Teresa.
