Bloom's Elijah Lovemore voted SBLive’s Illinois High School Athlete of the Week (12/5/2023)
Congratulations to Bloom boys basketball player Elijah Lovemore, who was voted SBLive's Illinois High School Athlete of the Week for Nov. 20-26.
He received 6,285 votes, which were more than 53 percent of the total votes cast for the week.
Lovemore, a junior, recorded triple-doubles against Hillcrest and TF South at the Chicago Heights Classic.
Butler girls basketball Sereniti Adams finished second in the voting after receiving more than 30 percent of the votes.
