Froebe surpassed 3,000 career points in win at O'Fallon

Congratulations to Lincoln girls basketball player Kloe Froebe, who was voted SBLive's Illinois High School Athlete of the Week for January 29-February 4.

Froebe, a Colorado State signee, became the 10th girls basketball player in Illinois history to reach 3,000 points when she scored 33 in a 62-55 win over O'Fallon. After that game, she had 3,020 points.

Bolingbrook boys basketball player Davion Thompson finished second in the voting.
