East Central's Ryan Brotherton voted SBLive’s Indiana High School Athlete of the Week (10/23/2023)
Congratulations to East Central football player Ryan Brotherton, who was voted the SBLive Indiana High School Athlete of the Week for Oct. 9-15.
He received 5,108 votes, which were more than 54 percent of the total votes cast.
Brotherton, a senior, scored on three of his eight touches in a 41-7 win over Roncalli. He finished with four catches for 79 yards and two TDs along with four carries for 76 yards and a score. His 27 career rushing touchdowns have tied the program record.
Boone Grove football player Mark Rowland finished second in the voting after receiving more than 32 percent of the votes.
