Bishop Chatard's Aidan Arteaga voted SBLive’s Indiana High School Athlete of the Week (10/30/2023)

Arteaga received more than 53 percent of the votes cast

Congratulations to Bishop Chatard football player Aidan Arteaga, who was voted the SBLive Indiana High School Athlete of the Week for Oct. 16-22.

He received 13,223 votes, which were more than 53 percent of the total votes cast.

Arteaga, a senior, threw for three touchdowns in a 40-7 sectional quarterfinal win over Tippecanoe Valley.

Kankakee Valley football player Marco Castro finished second in the voting after receiving more than 46 percent of the votes.
