Evansville Memorial avenged a 34-point regular-season loss to knock off previously unbeaten Evansville Reitz and earn a spot in the the rankings.

The Giants led 47-0 at halftime and coasted to their 26th sectional title.

2. Center Grove (10-1)

Tyler Cherry threw for two TDs and ran for another score as the three-time defending Class 6A champ Trojans opened a 35-0 halftime lead.

3. Crown Point (11-0)

Quarterback Noah Ehrlich was 9-of-9 passing for 193 yards and four TDs in the first half for the Bulldogs, while Larry Ellison ran for 119 yards and had four total TDs before halftime.

4. Westfield (10-1)

Kendall Garrett finished with 160 yards on 25 touches as the Shamrocks rallied from a 6-3 halftime deficit.

Aidan Arteaga threw for 188 yards and Daniel Shaw ran for two TDs for the Trojans, who held previously unbeaten Hamilton Heights to minus-4 yards rushing.

Justin Clark ran for two first-half TDs and threw a scoring pass in the second half for the Vikings.

Jalen Bonds ran 32 times for 261 yards and two TDs for the Fighting Irish.

Bennett Gorak threw two TD passes for the Tigers in the season-ending loss.

Josh Ringer ran 13 times for 135 yards and two TDs, and also caught a touchdown pass for the defending Class 4A champion Trojans.

Javeion Gills scored three TDs – one more than his total for the first 10 games of the season – for the Pirates.
