Top 25 Indiana high school boys basketball rankings (2/26/2024)

Check out this week's Indiana basketball Power 25

The top seven teams hold steady but there are changes elsewhere on the eve of the IHSAA playoffs.

New to the top 25 this week are Mount Vernon (Fortville), South Bend Riley, Terre Haute North Vigo and Evansville Harrison.

Keenan Garner scored 15 points as the Tigers beat Indianapolis North Central 69-48 for their sixth straight win.

2. Westfield (19-2)

The Shamrocks rolled past Pike 72-46 for their fifth straight win.

3. Noblesville (20-2)

Previous rank: 3

The Millers have won eight in a row after coasting by Mississinewa 61-19.

4. Kokomo (22-3)

Previous rank: 4

Kansas recruit Flory Bidunga hit his first career 3-pointer and had a double-double (22 points, 13 rebounds, 5 blocks) as the Wildkats beat Huntington North 82-45 for their 13th straight win. Also, Karson Rogers scored 29 for Kokomo.

5. Lawrence North (21-3)

Brennan Miller's 17 points helped the Wildcats beat Hamilton Southeastern 70-53.

6. Center Grove (17-4)

Previous rank: 6

The Trojans have won 11 straight after edging Brownsburg 57-56 and beating Columbus North 70-37.

7. Cathedral (17-5)

Previous rank: 7

The Fighting Irish won a pair, 68-50 vs. Zionsville and 50-40 against Louisville Trinity (Ky.).

8. Greenfield-Central (22-0)

Previous rank: 9

The Cougars, the only undefeated team left in the state, coasted past Perry Meridian 68-23 as junior Braylon Mullins scored 24 points.

9. Carmel (12-10)

Previous rank: 10

The Greyhounds picked up another top-10 win, beating Indianapolis Attucks 49-37.

10. Ben Davis (17-5)

Previous rank: 11

The Giants won twice, beating Lawrence Central 66-54 and Indianapolis Tech 75-54.

11. Indianapolis Attucks (18-6)

Previous rank: 8

The Tigers fell behind 19-4 after one quarter, got within 35-29 after three but lost 47-39 to Carmel.

12. Brebeuf Jesuit (16-5)

Previous rank: 16

The Braves won a pair, 78-61 against Tri-West and 67-55 vs. Indianapolis Roncalli. Evan Haywood and Reis Butcher each scored 18 against Roncalli.

13. Brownstown Central (21-4)

Previous rank: 18

The Braves have won 12 in a row after knocking off New Albany 84-60 and Orleans 78-47.

14. Anderson (18-5)

Previous rank: 19

The Indians coasted past La Lumiere Regional 65-31.

The Marauders have won five straight, including 66-44 over New Palestine and 59-33 against Yorktown.

Julius Gizzi scored 27 points, but the Dragons had a seven-game winning streak snapped with a 66-44 loss to Mount Vernon (Fortville). New Palestine bounced back to beat Greenwood 70-52.

The Bears lost 66-54 to Ben Davis, ending their six-game winning streak, but rebounded to beat Southport 58-51.

The Wildcats have won 10 of 11, including 72-37 over Bowman.

The Patriots beat Evansville North 52-37 and have won 18 straight after a 3-3 start.

Ryder Cate and Cedric Horton had 15 points each to lead the Red Devils past Lafayette Jefferson 58-38.

The Warriors beat Pike 62-46.
