This is the fifth consecutive season St. Charles has advanced to the LHSAA state title game. Calvary Baptist's last state title appearance was in 2020.

Calvary Baptist completes an improbable fourth-quarter comeback to deny St. Charles a three-peat.
TOUCHDOWN CALVARY BAPTIST! Abram Wardell throws a 20-yard touchdown pass to Kolby Thomas with 18 seconds left to give Calvary Baptist the lead. What a comeback. The two-point conversion is good and Calvary Baptist leads 34-28.
St. Charles has the ball and the lead (28-26) and is trying to run out the clock. They have a 4th-and-1 at midfield with 50 seconds left in the game. They go for it and QB Brady St. Pierre is stuffed. Calvary Baptist takes over at its own 48-yard line with 44 seconds to play.
