The Rockford Rams (15-1) are the new team at the top of the rankings after West Bloomfield (15-1) lost to Whitehouse Anthony Wayne (OH).

Gabriel Richard (17-0) remains undefeated and comes in at No. 3. Negaunee (17-1) had a big won over Ishpeming (15-1) and they vault them to No. 12.

No. 1 Rockford (17-1)

We have a lot of changes in our rankings after a crazy week, and it’s only fitting that it starts at the top. After West Bloomfield went down, Rockford moved into the #1 spot in the rankings.

No. 2 Detroit Renaissance (13-0)

Another team that is moving up is Detroit Renaissance. They are one of the few teams that is still undefeated after yet another perfect week, and they are No. 2 this week.

No. 3 Gabriel Richard (18-0)

Gabriel Richard is another one of those undefeated teams, and they come in at No. 3 this week. They have now won 18 games this season. 

No. 4 West Bloomfield (15-1)

West Bloomfield is no longer undefeated after a tough loss to Anthony Wayne. It wasn’t that close as they went down 71-59, and they drop down to No. 4 because of it.

No. 5 East Kentwood (14-2)

Another top team that fell this past week is East Kentwood. They lost to West Ottawa, and it was a fantastic game. It came down to the wire, but West Ottawa won a nail-biter, 53-50.

No. 6 Grand Rapids West Catholic (15-1)

Grand Rapids West Catholic continues to slowly climb up the rankings as they have been extremely impressive this season. They are poised for a deep postseason run.

No. 7 Goodrich (17-0)

How about Goodrich? A lot of people in the state are doubting them because of their schedule, but they just keep winning basketball games, and that can’t be ignored. 

No. 8 Orchard Lake St. Mary's (17-0)

Another 17-0 team is Orchard Lake St. Mary’s. They had a great week, and they move all the way up to No. 8 in our rankings this week.

No. 9 Arbor Prep (13-2)

Coming in at No. 9 is Arbor Prep. They had another perfect week last week to improve to 13-2 on the year, and they are hanging on to a top-10 spot.

No. 10 Belleville (14-1)

Belleville is hanging on to the last spot in the top-10 as they are an impressive 14-1 on the year. They are climbing the rankings fast.

No. 11 Detroit Edison (19-2)

Detroit Edison was undefeated coming into the week, but they had a couple tough outings. They are no longer undefeated after losses to West Bloomfield and Homewood-Flossmoor.

No. 12 Negaunee (17-1)

Negaunee had a huge win this past week as they took down then undefeated Ishpeming. That was big, and now, Negaunee is ahead of Ishpeming in the standings.

No. 13 Ishpeming (15-1)

Ishpeming is no longer undefeated after the tough 65-56 loss to Negaunee. They are just one spot behind them, however, as they are No. 13 this week. 

No. 14 West Ottawa (12-4)

One of the best wins of the week belongs to West Ottawa. They took down East Kentwood who is ranked No. 5, and they West Ottawa comes in at No. 14 this week.

No. 15 Grand Haven (14-4)

Another team that suffered two losses this past week is Grand Haven. It was not a good week, and because of those losses, they are down to No. 15.

No. 16 Chelsea (13-4)

Chelsea had another good week and they are now 13-4 on the season. This team could make some noise when the playoffs get here.

No. 17 Brandywine (13-1)

Another team that saw their perfect season end is Brandywine. Vicksburg was the team that did it as they earned an impressive 46-38 win. Brandywine is now No. 17.

No. 18 DeWitt (14-3)

Good week for Dewitt as they did not lose and they improved to 14-3 on the year. Dewitt doesn’t move in the rankings and stays put at No. 18.

No. 19 Byron Center (13-4)

The week before last was tough for Byron Center as they lost twice, but they were perfect this week to improve to 13-4, and they stay at No. 19 this week.

No. 20 Dow (12-2)

Dow had another impressive week and they continue to move up the rankings. They appeared at No. 24 last week, and now they are all the way up to No. 20. 

No. 21 Grand Blanc (13-3)

A perfect week for Grand Blanc moves them up a couple of spots to #21. Grand Blanc is now 13-3 on the season, and quietly climbing in the polls.

No. 22 Bedford (13-1)

Welcome to the rankings, Bedford. The Kicking Mules have been great this year as they are currently 13-1. We’ll see if they can keep rising.

No. 23 Clarkston (13-4)

Another team that is new this week is Clarkston. They pulled off a huge 53-27 blowout win over Stoney Creek, and they are now No. 23 in the rankings.

No. 24 Stoney Creek (12-3)

Stoney Creek probably had the worst week out of the ranked teams. They lost twice and neither were close. They had the 53-27 loss to Clarkston, and also a 77-41 loss to Detroit Country Day. Tough week, and they need to bounce back, or they will fall out of the rankings.

No. 25 Frankenmuth (14-2)

Lastly, we have Frankenmuth moving into the polls as they are No. 25. Frankenmuth is 14-2 on the season.
