See the final rankings of the season as teams enter the regional round

The Michigan boys high school basketball season is on to the regional round. Only 64 teams remain in each division.

St. Mary's (22-1) remains the top team entering the regional round.

No. 1 St. Mary's (22-1)

The Eaglets dominated White Lake Lakeland 67-22 on Wednesday in the Division I district (25) semifinal. OLSM went on to beat West Bloomfield 68-46 in the final on Friday. The Eaglets are set to play Milford next on March 5, and it's for a chance to advance to a regional final on March 7. 

No. 2 East Lansing (22-2)

East Lansing beat Holt 59-41 on Wednesday in the Division I district 12 semi-final, which led to a 66-47 win over Okemos in the final on Friday. In a regional semi-final on March 5, the Trojans will face Lansing Waverly, a team they beat twice in the regular season. 

No. 3 Grand Rapids Christian (22-2)

Grand Rapids Christian beat Grand River Prep 84-49 on Wednesday, and it was able to edge out South Christian 52-49 on Friday for a Division II district 45 title. The Eagles are set to play Holland Christian in a regional semi-final game next on March 5. 

No. 4 Brother Rice (18-6)

Brother Rice routed Bloomfield Hills 66-38 in the Division I district 29 semi-final game on Wednesday. The Warriors advanced to the final on Friday wherein they beat Troy 59-44. Brother Rice will play Utica next in a regional semi-final game on March 5. 

No. 5 North Farmington (20-2)

North Farmington demolished Livonia Franklin 70-30 on Wednesday in the Division I district 24 semi-final game, and it did the same to Livonia Stevenson in the final on Friday (58-27). The Raiders were 2-0 against Groves in the regular season, and they’ll look to make it a clean sweep when they meet in a regional final on March 5. 

No. 6 Detroit Catholic Central (15-8)

The Shamrocks beat Northville 45-40 in the Division I district 14 semi-final on Wednesday before beating South Lyon East 56-46 in the final on Friday. Detroit Catholic Central is set to play Ann Arbor Huron in a regional final next on March 5. 

No. 7 U of D Jesuit (18-5)

The Cubs squeaked by Hamtramck 61-59 in the Division I district 21 semi-final on Wednesday. In the final on Friday, U of D was able to beat Renaissance 66-56. The Cubs will face Catholic League foe De La Salle in a regional final on March 5. The teams split their regular season series 1-1. 

No. 8 Muskegon (20-2)

Muskegon took care of Greenville 52-27 in the Division I district 4 semi-final game on Wednesday. The Big Reds also breezed by Mona Shores in Friday’s final by a score of 71-36. Muskegon is set to play Saginaw Heritage in a regional semi-final game on March 5. 

No. 9 De La Salle (15-7)

The Pilots dominated St. Clair Shores Lakeview 86-49 on Wednesday in the Division I district 22 semi-final. Two days later in the final, De La Salle defeated Roseville 62-51. The Pilots move on to play U of D Jesuit in a regional semi-final on March 5. 

No. 10 Warren Lincoln (19-4)

The Abes blew out Pershing in Wednesday’s Division II district 59 semi-final game by a score of 77-45. In the final on Friday, Warren Lincoln was able to beat Ferndale 66-44 to advance to regionals. Coming out of region 15, the Abes are set to play Jalen Rose Leadership Academy on March 5, for a chance to play for a regional title. 

No. 11 Cass Tech (22-2)

The Technicians were able to beat Grosse Pointe North 67-55 on Wednesday in the Division I district 20 semi-final game. Two days later in the final, Cass Tech outlasted its rival Detroit King 61-59. On March 5, the Technicians will play River Rouge in a regional semifinal. 

No. 12 Heritage (19-4)

The Hawks demolished Linden 86-46 on Wednesday in the Division I district 3 semi-final. In the final on Friday, Heritage was able to beat Flint Carman-Ainsworth 61-46 to advance to regionals. Coming out of the first region, the Hawks are set to play Muskegon in a semi-final game on March 5. 

No. 13 Ann Arbor Huron (20-4)

Ann Arbor Huron was able to blow out Jackson Northwest by a score of 76-35 in the Division I district 13 semi-final on Wednesday. After advancing to the finals on Friday, the River Rats also beat rival Ann Arbor Pioneer 59-57. Ann Arbor Huron is set for a regional semi-final with Detroit Catholic Central next on March 5. 

No. 14 East Kentwood (17-7)

East Kentwood was able to beat Jenison 50-45 in the Division I district seven semi-final on Wednesday, and it beat Byron Center 55-45 in the final on Friday. The Falcons will face Grand Rapids Forest Hills Central next on March 5, for a chance at a regional title game. 

No. 15 Grand Rapids Northview (18-5)

Northview was able to beat Grand Rapids Forest Hills Northern 61-49 in the Division I district 6 semi-final on Wednesday. It was also able to beat Coopersville 58-51 in the final on Friday. The Wildcats will move on to regionals and play Zeeland West in a semi-final on March 5. 

No. 16 Summit Academy North (22-2)

Summit Academy North trampled Grosse Ile in Wednesday’s Division II district 55 semi-final (80-49), and it moved on to beat Flat Rock 57-41 in the final on Friday. Summit Academy North is set to play Detroit University Prep in a regional semi-final game on March 5. 

No. 17 River Rouge (14-10)

River Rouge beat Edsel Ford 66-46 in Wednesday’s Division I district 19 semi-final, and it also handed Dearborn its first loss of the season in the final (59-58) after hitting the game-winning free throws with no time left. The Panthers will play Cass Tech in a regional semi-final on March 5. 

No. 18 Lansing Waverly (19-5)

Lansing Waverly dominated Grand Ledge 71-32 in the Division I district (11) semi-final game on Wednesday. Two days later in the final, the Warriors were able to beat DeWitt 45-42. Coming out of region three, Lansing Waverly is set to play East Lansing in a semi-final on March 5. 

No. 19 Zeeland West (15-7)

The Dux took care of West Ottawa 66-35 on Wednesday in the Division I district five semi-final, and they also beat rival Zeeland East 53-42 in the final on Friday. Zeeland West is set to play Grand Rapids Northview in a regional semi-final game on March 5. 

No. 20 Utica (22-2)

Utica was able to beat Eisenhower 67-54 in the Division I district 30 semi-final game on Wednesday. The Chieftains then moved on to beat Rochester Adams 66-61 in the final on Friday. After advancing to regionals, Utica is set to play Brother Rice next on March 5. 

No. 21 Portage Central (20-3)

Portage Central defeated Mattawan 58-52 in the Division I district nine semi-final game on Wednesday, and they followed it with a 76-68 win over Kalamazoo Central in the final on Friday. Coming out of region three, the Mustangs are set to play Battle Creek Lakeview in a semi-final on March 5. 

No. 22 Wayne Memorial (17-6)

The Zebras beat Salem 76-58 in Wednesday’s Division I district 15 semi-final, and on Friday they beat Canton 71-64 in the final. Wayne Memorial moves on to regionals, where it will meet with Ypsilanti Lincoln for a chance at a regional final. 

No. 23 Grand Blanc (13-9)

Grand Blanc was able to beat Oxford 64-46 in the Division I district 27 semi-final game on Wednesday. The Bobcats moved on to defeat Holly 70-41 in the final on Friday. Grand Blanc will play Clarkston next in a regional semi-final on March 5. 

No. 24 Chippewa Valley (15-8)

Chippewa Valley beat Fraser 69-47 in Wednesday’s Division I district 31 semi-final game, and it also beat Utica Ford 54-40 in the final on Friday. The Big Reds are set to play L’Anse Creuse North in a regional semi-final on March 5. 

No. 25 Ypsilanti Lincoln (17-4)

The Railsplitters beat Ypsilanti Community 51-30 in the Division I district 16 semi-final on Wednesday. Ypsilanti Lincoln then knocked off Saline by a score of 62-57 to take home a district title. The Railsplitters are set to play Wayne Memorial in a regional semi-final on March 5.
