Marquette's Robert Williams voted SBLive’s Missouri High School Athlete of the Week (11/13/2023)

Williams received more than 36 percent of the votes cast

Congratulations to Marquette football player Robert Williams, who was voted the SBLive Missouri High School Athlete of the Week for Oct. 30-Nov. 5.

Williams received 6,933 votes, which was more than 36 percent of the total votes cast for the week.

Williams, a senior, returned two interceptions for touchdowns and the second he ran back 100 yards for a touchdown in a 44-35 district semifinal loss to CBC. The first was a 30-yard score.

Moberly football player Ka'Von Tiger finished second in the voting after receiving more than 21 percent of the votes.
