Here are the candidates for SBLive's Missouri High School Athlete of the Week as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff.

Scottie Adkinson, Webster Groves boys basketball
The freshman had 19 points in a 53-51 win over Father Tolton on Friday, playing in front of Missouri coach Dennis Gates.
Sydney Bode, Marquette girls basketball
The 6-foot-3 post player had 30 points, hitting 13 of 20 shots, and added nine rebounds in a 76-62 win over Clayton on Nov. 27.
Jobe Bryant, Park Hills Central football
Bryant accounted for 359 total yards and seven TDs in the Rebels' 48-34 win over Seneca in the Class 3 title game. He caught 12 passes for 163 yards and four touchdowns, completed all seven of his pass attempts for 123 yards and a TD and ran for 73 yards and two TDs on seven carries. He also had eight tackles, a forced fumble and fumble recovery on defense.
Kolton Dias, Stanberry boys basketball
He tallied 19 points and led the Bulldogs in a 40-19 win over Mound City on Monday.
Hugh Eaton, Marionville football
He ran for a pair of touchdowns and led the Comets' defense with 11 tackles and a fumble recovery in their 29-0 win against North Platte in the Class 1 championship game on Friday.
Jailyn Ebert, Zumwalt North girls wrestling
She improved to 8-0 on the season by taking first place in the 115-pound division at the Fort Zumwalt North Tournament on Saturday.
Cameron Emmons, Kearney football
The Bulldogs' senior RB scored four touchdowns in their 68-28 win over Hillsboro in the Class 4 title game. He finished with 105 total yards, including 93 yards rushing on 20 carries.
P.J. Farmer, Sikeston boys basketball
The Charleston transfer had 15 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists, four steals and two blocks in a 72-57 win over Cape Girardeau Central on Saturday in the Fountain City Classic. Had 12 points, eight rebounds and seven assists in a 91-44 win over Fort Zumwalt West on Friday.
Davin Hanna, Kearney boys basketball
In a 98-61 win over Hogan Prep on Friday, the Bulldogs’ point guard had a game-high 23 points.
John Hartman, Saxony Lutheran boys basketball
The senior finished with a game-high 23 points, including five 3-pointers, to help the Crusaders beat Poplar Bluff 57-50 in the Rolla “Duke” Herbert Tournament on Friday in Crystal City.
Hunter Hees, Eldon boys basketball
The senior scored his 1,000th career point in a win over New Bloomfield on Wednesday at the Tipton Tournament. He was named to the all-tournament team as well.
Isaia Howard, Plattsburg boys basketball
The returning all-stater had a game-high 39 points in a 59-55 loss to Kansas City Central on Wednesday.
Clayton Jackson, Cardinal Ritter boys basketball
He hit eight of his 12 shots and finished with a team-high 20 points in a 65-63 win over Chicago Whitney Young on Saturday.
Korbin Kinder, Woodland boys basketball
He dropped in a team-high 25 points to help the Cardinals pick up first place in the Woodland Invitational Tournament on Saturday.’
Josh Kori, Oak Park boys basketball
The sophomore had 17 points to help the Northmen post a 74-49 win over Grandview in the 810 Varsity Showcase on Saturday.
Jayla McClinton, Raytown South girls basketball
The Cardinals won the Van Horn Tournament this past week, their third championship in that tournament in a row. She had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds in a win against William Christian. In a 71-28 win over Kauffman Charter, she scored 26 points, a new career high.
Peyton McCollum, Maryville boys basketball
The junior was one of three players with more than 20 points and finished with 29 points in a 100-36 win against South Harrison.
Tate McCubbin, Battle boys basketball
He was named the People Bank & Trust Invitational MVP with back-to-back double-digit scoring performances for the Spartans. In the semifinals, he had 26 points.
Briar McIntire, Archie football
He ran for 225 yards and five touchdowns and threw for 83 yards and a score as the Whirlwinds won 40-26 over Worth County in the 8-man title game.
Hannah Medlock, Licking girls basketball
The senior guard tallied her 1,000th career point in a g game against Plato on Monday and later in the week led the Wildcats to the title at the Frisco League Conference Tournament.
Dejerrian Miller, Cardinal Ritter football
The junior wideout scored twice on four catches for 74 yards in the Class 5 finals on Friday, helping the Lions win 38-25 over Republic.
Andrew Moore, Troy Buchanan boys basketball
The junior guard broke the People Bank Trust Invitational record for points with 44 — and added 14 rebounds — and was named the all-tournament team.
Casen Murphy, Park Hills Central football
An Arkansas State baseball pledge, Murphy completed 29 of 43 passes for 363 yards and four touchdowns and ran for 52 yards in the Rebels’ 48-34 win over Seneca in the Class 3 championship game.
Clayton Parker, Montgomery County boys basketball
The junior surpassed 1,000 career points in the championship game of the Montgomery County Invitational on Saturday.
Casey Rooney, Kearney football
The Bulldogs quarterback completed 11 of 13 passes for 229 yards and four touchdowns and ran for 91 yards in a 68-28 win over Hillsboro in the Class 4 finals on Saturday.
Keelan Smith, Liberty North football
The Nebraska pledge caught four passes for 133 yards and a pair of touchdown catches in the Class 6 finals, helping the Eagles win 38-7 over CBC. He had four catches for 133 yards.
Hunter Taylor, Liberty wrestling
At the Dan Gable Donnybrook Tournament, he went 5-0 and took first place with a win over Justin Williamson from Chicago Mount Carmel in the tournament this weekend in Coralville, Iowa.
Avery True, Liberty North girls basketball
True took first place in the 200-yard freestyle and broke her own meet record at the Lee’s Summit Invitational on Saturday. She later added a first in the 100-yard freestyle and was on a runner-up finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay.
Megan Wells, Park Hill South girls swimming and diving
The Panthers diver broke a new school record in the 1-meter dive competition with 471.95 points at the Lee’s Summit Invitational on Saturday.
Luke Walsh, Vianney boys basketball
The junior became the fastest player in school history to reach 1,000 career points, doing so with 31 points in a win over Lutheran St. Charles on Monday. Later in the week, he added 17 points in a win over Hazelwood Central to claim first place in the Vianney Invitational championship game.
Alex Wilkerson, Lamar football
The quarterback had the game-winning touchdown in overtime to lift Lamar to a 35-28 win against Valle Catholic in the Class 2 finals. He ran for 135 with two scores and threw for 217 yards and two more touchdowns.
Kloee Williamson, Joplin McAuley girls basketball
In a 48-47 win over East Newton on Nov. 30, Williamson had a steal and hit the game winner at the buzzer in the Gem City Classic in Diamond. She finished with a team-high 23 points.
