Here are the candidates for SBLive's Missouri High School Athlete of the Week as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff.

Corbin Allen, Oak Park boys basketball
Allen, a junior guard, was named the MVP of the Patterson Division at the William Jewell Holiday Classic and also scored his 1,000th point on Wednesday.
Bailey Boulay, Eureka girls basketball
A senior and a Maryville lacrosse signee, Boulay scored her 1,000th point on the basketball court for the Wildcats. She scored 32 points and made six 3-pointers against Pattonville on Wednesday.
Zoe Best, Incarnate Word girls basketball
She was named the MVP of the Visitation Academy Tournament after helping the Red Knights win the championship. She also scored her 1,000th career point.
Savannah Butterfield, Lutheran South girls basketball
She was named the tournament MVP of the Cactus Jam Tempe Division after scoring 26 points as Lutheran South beat Scottsdale Christian in the championship game on Saturday in Phoenix, Ariz.
Caleb Caldwell, Willard boys wrestling
He went 5-1 at the 62nd Red Schmitt Holiday Tournament and during the event in Granite City, Ill., secured his 100th win.
Caden Casey, Park Hills Central basketball
The senior guard, also a key member of the Rebels' state championship football team, reached the 1,000-point mark in a 98-52 win over Valle Catholic on Dec. 19.
Collin Clark, Greenwood Laboratory boys basketball
The Class 3 school beat Class 5 school Ozark, 73-61, at the Blue & Gold Tournament on Dec. 29 as Clark recorded a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds.
Kylee Cole, Aurora boys basketball
The junior dropped 30 points in a 55-47 win over Branson in the opening round of the Pink & White Tournament on Dec. 26 in Springfield.
Jayla Cornelius, Blue Springs girls basketball
In a 51-40 loss to rival Blue Springs South on Dec. 18, the senior scored her 1,000th career point for the Wildcats.
Barron Duda, Webb City boys basketball
He recorded a double-double with 32 points and 10 rebounds and was named the Player of the Game in an 84-65 win over St. Joseph Central on Dec. 28 in Kansas City.
Roslyn Fiorino, West Plains girls swimming
The sophomore won the 500-yard freestyle, was part of two winning relay teams and was the runner-up in the 50-yard freestyle for the Zizzers at the Webb City Duals on Dec. 28.
Drew Foster, Eminence boys basketball
The Redwings opened up the Cabool Holiday Tournament with a 74-53 win over Viola, Ark. Foster dropped in 34 points in the victory on Dec. 26.
Brady Griffin, Willard boys wrestling
The 285-pound wrestler went 5-1 at the 62nd Red Schmitt Holiday Tournament — taking second — and scored his 100th career win during the event in Granite City, Ill.
Devin Hall, DeKalb boys basketball
The Tigers lost 67-25 against South Holt on Dec. 19, but Hall scored his 1,000th career point in the contest.
Jadis Jones, New Madrid County Central
Jones, who led NMCC to a state title a year ago as a junior, scored 35 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in an 86-65 win over Germantown, Tenn., in the Poplar Bluff Showdown.
Ashtyn Klusmeyer, Hickman girls basketball
During a game on Dec. 28 at the Visitation Academy Tournament, the Kewpies' standout surpassed the 1,000-point mark. She also was on the all-tournament team.
Jacob Lafferty, Sparta boys basketball
Down by one point with 15 seconds left, Lafferty scored four points to help Sparta pick up a 43-40 win over Greenwood Laboratory on Dec. 27.
Adam Loucks, South Callaway boys basketball
In a 55-48 win over Hermann on Dec. 29, the senior had a career-high 29 points, while adding five rebounds and four blocked shots.
Andrew Martinez, Verona boys basketball
In a close win over Hurley, 53-52, on Dec. 27, Martinez had a game-high 22 points to end the Walnut Grove Holiday Classic with a win for the Wildcats.
Chloe Miller, Carl Junction girls swimming
The South Dakota signee won the 50- and 100-meter freestyle events and was part of the winning 200-yard freestyle relay at the Webb City Duals on Dec. 28.
Brady Nicholson, Ash Grove boys basketball
In an 82-80 win over Willow Springs on Dec. 26, he scored a Blue & Gold single-game record 50 points for the Pirates.
Annelise Obermark, Washington girls wrestling
She went 5-1 at The Wonder Woman Tournament at Battle on this past weekend. The five wins gave her 133 in her career — the most in school history.
Julia Pattison, West Platte girls basketball
The senior scored a game-high 27 points to help the Bluejays pick up a 56-48 win over Nodaway Valley on Dec. 27 at the Bishop LeBlond Holiday Tournament.
Reagan Rasmussen, Logan-Rogersville girls basketball
The Lady Wildcats opened up the Pink & White Tournament in Springfield with 80-14 win over Springfield Central. Rasmussen was one of two on her team to outscore the foe, tallying a game-high 22 points.
Layla Scott, Truman girls basketball
She had a game-high 34 points in a 59-48 win against Kearney on Dec. 18 and scored her 1,000th career point in the contest.
Jayci Shelton, Centralia girls wrestling
She improved to 16-0 on the season with a 5-0 showing for the Panthers at The Wonder Woman Tournament in Columbia. All five of her wins were first-period pins.
Crystal Smith, Jasper girls basketball
The junior surpassed the 1,000-point mark in a 51-18 win over Wheaton on Dec. 18.
Roston Stockard, Licking boys basketball
The Wildcats opened up the Cabool Holiday Tournament on Dec. 26 with a 67-64 win over Conway and Stockard led the way with a team-high 26 points.
Kennedy Stowers, Lutheran St. Charles girls basketball
The Cougars won the St. Dominic Christmas Tournament title for the third year in a row. Stowers had a team-high 16 points in a 74-41 win over Francis Howell Central on Friday.
Kiefer Tolson, Trenton boys basketball
The junior point guard scored his 1,000th career point in a 55-43 loss to Brookfield on Dec. 18 at the North Central Missouri College Holiday Hoops event.
Emma Trotter, Fordland girls basketball
She tallied 25 points in a 56-49 win over Ash Grove on Dec. 26 at the Walnut Grove Holiday Classic.
Bryce Walker, Springfield Central boys basketball
The junior scored a game-high 29 points to help the Bulldogs beat Glendale, 77-47, in the Gold Division finals in the Blue & Gold Tournament in Springfield. It was the Bulldogs’ first title in the event since 1983.
Avian Webb, Staley boys basketball
He scored 16, 18 and 21 points for the Falcons in the William Jewell Holiday Classic in Liberty. He was named the MVP of the Nelson Division.
Emma Wisker, Timberland girls swimming and diving
She set a new school record in the 500-yard freestyle, winning that race, the 100-yard breaststroke and was part of the winning 400-yard freestyle and 200-yard medley relay on Thursday at the Fort Zumwalt East Invitational.
Amare Witham, Springfield Glendale boys basketball
The sophomore scored 37 points and tied a Blue & Gold Tournament record with nine 3-pointers in a 73-48 win over Strafford.
Jace Wren, Southern Boone boys basketball
He scored 9 points in a 62-61 win over Harrisburg on Dec. 29 and accounted for the game-winning shot in the final second for the Eagles.
