The 2023 high school football season continues this weekend (September 22-23) with big-time matchups across the country, including a battle of unbeatens in Georgia between No. 14 Mill Creek and Parkview. Mill Creek won 30-20.

Seventeen teams ranked in the SBLive/Sports Illustrated Power 25 national rankings are in action Friday night. No. 1 Mater Dei (California) traveled across the country and won a tight game against St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, 20-7.

No. 18 Langston Hughes was upset by Douglas County 30-27 in a Georgia showdown.
