Vote: Who has been the best senior football player in New Hampshire in 2023?
We are heading into the postseason part of the 2023 high school football season here in New Hampshire and there’s no shortage of upperclassmen performing at a high level.
It’s no surprise that seniors are showing out in the Granite State as that’s been the case in the past many times over. This list of upperclassmen features some of the top senior football players we’ve seen or have been on the rise in New Hampshire. Take a look at our list and vote for who you feel has been the top performing senior high school football player in New Hampshire.

Editor’s note: Our corresponding poll is intended to be fun, and we do not set limits on how many times a fan can vote during the competition. This poll is specifically for fans to vote on the players that have been nominated and in no way discredits any other player that may not be mentioned in our poll.
Here are the nominations:
Ryder Aubin, QB, Dover: The Green Wave quarterback has completed 66-of-125 passes for 978 yards and 12 touchdowns this season. Also has made eight tackles on defense at linebacker.
Bryce Carberry, TE/LB, Dover: Carberry has been a force not only on offense, but defense too for the Green Wave. The two-way star has 378 yards receiving with three touchdowns and has made 57 tackles and six have gone for a loss.
Tayshawn Sheppard, RB, Somersworth: Sheppard has been one of New Hampshire’ stop running backs all season long, with the senior carrying the ball 113 times for 1,154 yards and scoring 15 touchdowns.
Jayden Bright, RB/LB, Souhegan: The Sabers’ running back has been near the top of the charts when it comes to rushing totals all season long. Through eight games, Bright has rushed for 1,115 yards and scored 13 touchdowns and had 352 receiving with three scores. Also has made 33 tackles at linebacker.
Sam Stevenson, LB, Souhegan: The middle linebacker has been one of the top tacklers in the state all season long. Stevenson has made 57 tackles, five for a loss and two sacks.
Tiger An, RB, Windham: An has been cranking out the yardage this season on the ground for Windham. The running back has rushed for 846 yards on 182 carries and scored 10 touchdowns.
Hunter Trueman, WR, Spaulding: The Red Raiders’ wide receiver has gotten a lot of carries out of the backfield this season. Trueman has totaled 1,300 all-purpose yards and 20 overall touchdowns.
Caden Michaud, RB/DB, Pinkerton: Michaud is another two-way player that’s seen time at running back and cornerback for the undefeated Astros. The athlete has 269 totals yards on offense and has made 28 tackles on defense.
