Amirah Holbert, Puckett Girls Basketball:

The senior recorded 24 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 steal in 48-41 win over Velma Jackson.

Luke Hopkins, Clinton Boys Soccer:

Hopkins scored the lone goal in the game in overtime to propel Clinton past Northwest Rankin, 1-0, for the Class 6A state championship. The championship was Clinton’s first since 2012 and 10th overall.

Kambry Williamson, Sumrall Girls Basketball:

The senior dropped 2 more double doubles in district play this week. 12 points, 13 rebounds, 1 block, and 2 steals in 46-40 win over Columbia and 14 points, 13 rebounds, 4 blocks and 3 steals in a 42-25 victory over FCAHS.

Parker Henry, West Lauderdale Boys Basketball:

The senior forward finished with 22 points, 15 rebounds, 4 blocks, and 4 assists in 66-62 senior night win over rival Northeast Lauderdale. Parker shot eight-of-nine from the floor (including 1/1 from three) and was 100% from the free throw line.

Kennedy Leverett, Our Lady Academy Girls Soccer:

Leverett scored the Crescents’ fifth penalty kick attempt and OLA’s only regulation goal to end St. Andrew’s two-year championship streak with a 2-1 win to clinch the MHSAA Class 1 Championship. 

Andie Flatgard, Jackson Prep Girls Basketball:

Flatgard led all scorers with 18 points in a 45-37 victory over Hartfield. With the win, Jackson Prep (29-2, 8-1) secures the top seed in the upcoming Class 6A state tournament.

Morgan Pickering, Stone Girls Soccer:

Pickering recorded a goal and an assist -earning MVP honors- in 4-0 Class 4A state championship win over New Albany. It’s the Lady Tomcats (16-6-1) first state title in school history and first state championship in any women’s sport.

Josh Hubbard, Madison-Ridgeland Academy Boys Basketball:

The junior led all scorers with 28 points in 85-67 win over Parklane.

Lily Lyle, Northwest Rankin Girls Soccer:

The Class 6A Championship game MVP scored a goal in a 2-0 6A state championship win over Clinton. With the victory, the Lady Cougars finished one of the greatest seasons in school history.

Ismail Rashid, Brandon Boys Basketball:

Rashid scored 21 points to lead No. 8 Brandon past No. 1 Biloxi, 67-52, on senior night Friday in the regular season finale.

Shaelynn Quick, Florence Girls Soccer:

The Southern Mississippi signee recorded a goal and an assist in Class 5A state championship 3-1 win over Lafayette- earning the program's first 5A state title and second-straight soccer state championship after winning Class 4A a year ago.

Dylan Kippe, Long Beach Boys Soccer:

Kippe scored the final goal of the game and earned MVP honors in Class 5A 4-1 state championship win over New Hope.

Landon Jeffries, Olive Branch Boys Basketball:

Jeffries scored a game-high 26 points in 91-83 win over Pontotoc.

Kinsley Gordon, Myrtle Girls Basketball:

The Southern Mississippi softball commit dropped 36 points and was 15-for-19 from the free throw line in 67-34 win over Hickory Flat.

Jose Gutierrez, Richland Boys Soccer:

Gutierrez's goal helped lift Richland to a 2-0 win over Bay High in the Class 4A state championship. With the win, the Richland Rangers claimed the Class 4A state championship for the second time in three years.

Deshun Dunn, Center Hill Boys Basketball:

Dunn had 19 points in 87-55 win over North Panola.

Madilynn Vuncannon, Walnut Girls Basketball:

Vuncannon recorded 23 points and 4 rebounds in 69-21 senior night win over Falkner.

Christian Bourgeois, St. Stanislaus Boys Soccer:

Bourgeois scored the lone goal just 35 seconds into the game to lift St. Stanislaus to Class I Soccer Championship win over St. Andrew’s. The Rocks have now won three straight state championships.

Indiya Bowen, Horn Lake Girls Basketball:

The combo guard scored 30 points to lead Horn Lake to a 63-46 win over Tupelo.
