Photos: Tennessee Titans star A.J. Brown makes surprise appearance at Starkville High School
STARKVILLE, Miss. - Tennessee Titans star wide receiver A.J. Brown made a surprise appearance at Starkville High School on Friday as part of the school's Leadership Day.
Brown, 24, graduated from Starkville High in 2016 and went on to star at Ole Miss. In his senior season at Starkville he led the Yellow Jackets to the MHSAA 6A football state championship and caught 83 passes for 1,371 yards and 13 touchdowns.
After playing three seasons at Ole Miss, Brown was drafted by the Titans in the second round (pick No. 51) of the 2019 NFL Draft. Brown just finished his third season with the Titans and is considered one of the best young wide receivers in the NFL. In three seasons he has caught 185 passes for 2,995 yards and 24 touchdowns.
