Kiyan Anthony visits Syracuse with father Carmelo Anthony: Look

The four-star junior from Long Island Lutheran (New York) and his famous father donned Syracuse jerseys together during a recruiting photoshoot

Kiyan Anthony is already following in his father's footsteps as a highly-talented basketball player.

Could he also follow Carmelo's lead by playing for Syracuse?

The junior at Long Island Lutheran (New York) went on a recruiting visit to Syracuse this week with his father, who famously led the men's basketball team to an NCAA national championship in 2003.

While visiting the school, the father and son duo posed for pictures together in Syracuse jerseys, giving Orange fans everywhere high hopes that Kiyan will make the same college decision Carmelo once did.

Anthony is the nation's No. 6 shooting guard and No. 38 overall recruit in the class of 2025, per the 247Sports composite rankings.

The highly-touted prospect with college offers from Syracuse, Florida State, Michigan, Indiana and more transferred to Long Island Lutheran from in-state Christ the King halfway through the 2022-23 season.

He wasn't able to take the court for Long Island Lutheran last season due to transfer rules, but he figures to play a key role during the 2023-24 campaign for the Crusaders, who will likely open the year ranked in the top 10 nationally.
