Vote: Who should be SBLive's North Carolina boy's high school basketball player of the week (2/5/2024)?

We have eight players nominated this week for SBLive’s North Carolina Boys Basketball Player of the Week from Jan. 29-Feb. 2 and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should be the top athlete selected. Voting will conclude on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

HERE ARE THIS WEEK'S NOMINEES

Kendre Harrison, Reidsville: The 6-8 post player scored 27 points and grabbed 31 rebounds in a 80-66 win against Mid-State 2-A conference rival Walkertown.

John Campbell, Bishop McGuinness: Campbell recently eclipsed 1,000 career points for his career with the Villains.

Isaiah Evans, North Mecklenburg: Evans, a Duke commit, scored 44 points on 16 of 19 shooting in a 108-64 win over Mallard Creek.

Markell Carothers, North Gaston: Carothers scored 31 points in a 76-65 win over Forestview.

Isaiah Henry, Cannon School: Henry scored 33 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in a 82-65 win over Charlotte Christian.

K.J. Younger, Weddington: Younger scored 39 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in a 74-48 win over Porter Ridge.

Tre Crite, Brevard: Crite had 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists in a 70-48 win over R-S Central.

Ian Bailey, Asheville Christian: Bailey poured in 38 points and had five rebound and five assists in a 77-35 win over Carolina Day.
