Vote: Who had the best performance in the 2023 Pink Power Preview?

From Dekotah Barnes of Cornerstone Christian Academy to Addison Witting of Aurora, there were some outstanding performances from this year's Pink Power Preview

This year's Pink Power Preview was held on Sunday, Nov. 19 at the Tony DeCarlo Varsity Center at John Carroll University.

The event consisted of 18 girls basketball teams from around Northeast Ohio playing games that consisted of two 8-minute quarters.

Here are some of the better performances from the event and it's your chance to vote for which one you thought was the best.

Voting ends on Saturday, November 25 at 11:59pm ET.

Dekotah Barnes, Cornerstone Christian Academy

Led the Patriots with six points in a 15-13 loss to Lakewood.

Sydney Bass, Strongsville

The junior led the Mustangs with 12 points in a come-from-behind win over Archbishop Hoban.

Amelia Bencko, Chagrin Falls 

Scored a game-high 11 points in a 30-25 win over John Hay.

Mackenzie Blackford, Solon

Scored a game-high 14 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, in a 38-9 win over Green. She also won the 3-point contest with 16 points, including all five on the final rack. 

Izzy Callaway, Copley

The senior led the Indians with 13 points in a 35-20 win over North Ridgeville.

Avery Carr, John Hay

Scored eight points for the Hornets in the loss to Chagrin Falls.

Brooklyn Dillard, Maple Heights

Was the leading scorer for Maple Heights with four points in a 21-7 loss to Bay.

Abby Dress, Medina

The sophomore knocked down three 3-pointers, including a pair in the final two minutes, to help lead the Bees to a 17-15 come-from-behind win over Westlake. She led Medina with nine points.

Dayvon Evans, Cleveland Heights

Hit a 3-pointer to finish as the leading scorer for the Tigers in a loss to St. Joseph Academy.

Delaney Garcia, Lakewood

Led all scorers with eight points in a 15-13 win over Cornerstone Christian Academy. She also pulled down seven rebounds. 

Grace Kingery, North Ridgeville

Kingery led the Rangers with eight points in their loss to Copley.

Leila Johnson, Villa Angela-St. Joseph

Led the Vikings with seven points in their loss to Aurora, including all seven points VASJ scored in the first half. She also grabbed eight rebounds.

Audrey Parker, Copley 

The sophomore scored nine points in a win over North Ridgeville.

Tylia Parker, John Hay

Led the Hornets with nine points and three steals in the loss to Chagrin Falls.

Sam Stask, Aurora

The senior guard did a little bit of everything in Aurora's win over Villa Angela-St. Joseph, scoring five points and dishing out nine assists while also grabbing three steals. 

Niera Stevens, Archbishop Hoban

The sophomore scored 14 points as the Knights lost 33-30 to Strongsville.

Lilly Stukus, Chagrin Falls

Scored 11 points, including three 3-pointers in the second half of a 30-25 win over John Hay.

Norah Trefz, Bay

Led the Rockets with six points in a win over Maple Heights.

Lydia Tymoszczuk, Westlake

Hit a pair of 3-pointers and led the Demons with six points in their loss to Medina.

Armahni Wagler, Green

Led the short-handed Bulldogs with five points in their loss to Solon.

Bree White, St. Joseph Academy

Hit a pair of 3-pointers and led the Jaguars with eight points in a win over Cleveland Heights.

Addison Witting, Aurora

Led the Greenmen with 11 points in the win over Villa Angela-St. Joseph.
