We will continue to release our computer rankings weekly for the duration of the season.

Bixby remains at the top in the latest Class 6AI rankings, though resurgent Edmond Santa Fe is the latest challenger at No. 2, while Muskogee is the top team in 6AII. Of five undefeated teams in 5A, Midwest City Carl Albert is No. 1, while of three undefeated squads leading the way in 4A, Poteau hangs on to the top spot. Lincoln Christian remains the leader in 3A, as does Washington in 2A.

SBLive's formula was created using its own linear algebra-based ranking algorithminspired by the Colley Bias-Free Ranking Method. Colley’s Method was created by Wes Colley, Ph.D., an astrophysicist at the University of Alabama at Huntsville. He devised his algorithm to help address the subjectivity and controversy regarding BCS college football selections in the 1990s and early 2000s, using a method that used no subjective variables.
