Barlow girls basketball
Barlow (25-4) reached the 6A final and had three players earn second-team all-tournament honors in senior Lindsay Barden, along with juniors Annie Koenig and Kennedie Shuler. Koenig ranked second in the tournament for points per game (18.3) and made 3-pointers (8).
Beaverton girls basketball
Beaverton (26-1) claimed the 6A state title and saw juniors Lainey Spear and Zoe Borter named to the all-tournament team, while junior Madison Naro earned second-team honors. The Beavers led the way across all three shooting accuracy categories and boasted the weekend’s best defense by holding opponents to 28.7 points per game.
Cascade boys basketball
Cascade (22-3) scored a 42-30 win over Junction City for the 4A title, putting senior Kellen Sande and junior Ty Best on the all-tournament team. The Cougars had the best shooting weekend, connecting on 51.2% of their attempts, while also coming up with the most steals (30).
Churchill boys basketball
Churchill (23-6) notched a 67-66 win over Redmond in the 5A third-place game with senior Samajee Morgan earning an all-tournament spot. The Lancers shot a tournament-best 43.2% from 3-point range.
Corbett girls basketball
Corbett (23-4) knocked off a couple of higher-seeded opponents in No. 3 Baker and No. 7 Madras to reach the 4A title game. Sophomore Allyson Schimel ranked third in scoring at 15.7 points per game to earn a spot on the all-tournament team. The Cardinals also swiped a tournament-best 44 steals.
Crescent Valley girls basketball
Crescent Valley (22-7) knocked off higher-seeded opponents in all three of its tournament games, including a 48-45 quarterfinal win over No. 1 Willamette. The Raiders led the tournament in 3-point accuracy (45.7%) and in free throw accuracy (74%). Junior Gabby Bland was named to the all-tournament team, while junior Nicole Huang and freshman Taelyn Bentley earned second-team honors. Bland was second in scoring at 22 points per game.
Junction City boys basketball
Junction City (24-4) reached the 4A final with junior Kaleb Burnett being a unanimous selection to the all-tournament team, while junior Court Knabe earned second-team honors. Burnett was the tournament’s top scorer at 19 points per game.
Madras girls basketball
Madras (17-9) scored a 48-41 win over Hidden Valley in the 4A third-place game, placing sophomore Sasha Esquiro on the all-tournament team, while sophomore Rylan Davis earned second-team honors.
Philomath girls basketball
Philomath (22-4) won each of its games by double-digit margins on its way to the 4A crown. Senior Sage Kramer was a unanimous all-tournament selection, while junior Abigail Brown earned second-team honors. Philomath led most of the defensive categories in the tournament, including scoring (31.0 points), field goal rate (23.7%) and blocked shots (16 total).
Ridgeview girls basketball
Ridgeview (21-7) notched a 58-43 win over Putnam in the 5A third-place game and put junior Kyrah Daniels on the all-tournament team. The Ravens were the top shooting team at the tournament at 43.3%, led by Daniels, who averaged 25.3 points per game.
Silverton boys basketball
Silverton (23-6) reached the 5A title game with a 50-36 win over No. 1 Redmond in the semifinals. Seniors Jordan McCarty and Neil Efimov earned all-tournament recognition. The Foxes came up with a tournament-best 35 steals.
Springfield girls basketball
Springfield (21-8) knocked off No. 2 Silverton 29-20 in the 5A quarterfinals on its way to a spot in Saturday’s title game. Sophomore Danaeja Romero-Ah Sam was a unanimous all-tournament selection, averaging 13.7 points and 4 assists per game.
Summit boys basketball
Summit (27-1) reached the big-school final before losing to Tualatin. Seniors Julian Mora and Caden Harris earned all-tournament honors.
Tualatin boys basketball
Tualatin (26-2) claimed the 6A boys crown and saw senior Malik Ross be a unanimous choice for the all-tournament team, joined by junior Josiah Lake. Timberwolves senior Noah Ogoli earned second-team honors.
Wilsonville boys basketball
Wilsonville (27-2) scored a 34-30 win over Silverton to claim the 5A championship with junior Maxim Wu being named to the all-tournament team, while senior Logan Thebiay and junior Tristan Davis earned second-team honors.
