Consensus four-star tight end Riley Williams has a chance to be the most offered prospect in modern Oregon high school football history.

This week, the 6-foot-6, 230-pound jumbo pass-catcher, out of Central Catholic High School (Portland, Oregon), trimmed his list to a top eight of Alabama, LSU, Miami (Fla.), Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Ole Miss and Oregon.

On Thursday, Williams joined "Recruiting with Andrew Nemec" on 1080 The FAN to discuss his top eight, why he took two years away from football and his early thoughts on the recruiting approaches of both Miami coach Mario Cristobal and Oregon coach Dan Lanning.

Williams is set to visit Miami on April 14 and is tentatively planning to visit Oregon for its spring game April 23.
