Here are the Oregon high school volleyball stars of the week for Sept. 18-24, as nominated by coaches, fans and readers.

Kendyl Arnett, West Albany

The senior outside hitter had 20 kills, 19 digs, two aces and two blocks to help the Bulldogs rally to get a 23-25, 25-23, 25-23, 26-24 win over Silverton in a Mid-Willamette Conference match played at West Albany High School.

Mylee Blake, West Albany

The junior outside hitter/middle blocker had a strong performance for the Bulldogs with 20 digs 16 kills, three blocks and an ace in their 23-25, 25-23, 25-23, 26-24 victory against Silverton in a Mid-Willamette Conference match played at West Albany High School.

Lily Mae Buerke, McDaniel

The sophomore setter had 22 kills in two matches for the Mountain Lions, including eight in a 3-0 home sweep against Cleveland in a Portland Interscholastic League opener.

Lanie Carter, Ashland

The senior outside hitter had 16 digs, 14 kills and three aces while going 16 for 16 from the service line for the Grizzlies in their Midwestern League contest against North Eugene.

Maddi Carter, Cascade Christian

The senior outside hitter had 10 digs, seven kills and two blocks to help the Challengers notch a 25-12, 25-12, 25-17 home victory against Coquille in a Far West League match.

Mikyla Cunningham, Roseburg

The senior opposite/middle blocker stepped up with 12 kills and 10 digs for the Indians in their 26-24, 25-20, 25-22 win over North Medford in a key Southwest Conference match played at Roseburg High School.

Jadyn Daviscourt, Cascade

The senior libero had 12 aces against Sweet Home and 10 against Philomath while having a total of 40 digs and a serve receive average of 2.48 for the Cougars in their wins in Oregon West Conference play.

Josie Essner, Monroe

The junior middle blocker had 23 kills, 15 digs and four aces to help the Dragons post a 23-25, 25-19, 25-15, 25-23 victory at Toledo in a Valley Coast Conference contest. She also had 20 kills and five aces in a sweep against Central Linn.

Joya Euhus, Santiam Christian

The junior shined with 32 kills and eight aces to help the Eagles soar to a 25-17-25-10, 18-25, 25-15 win at Jefferson in a PacWest Conference contest. She also had 19 kills, nine aces and four blocks in a sweep against Sheridan.

Morgan Fetty, Clackamas

The junior setter stepped up with what Coach Nathan Blankenship called “outstanding performance,” for the Cavaliers in their Mt. Hood Conference matches with Sandy and Barlow.

Sidney Ginter, Central Catholic
The sophomore defensive specialist stepped up for the Rams at the South Albany tournament, filling in at libero and rising to the challenge. She was perfect from the service line, with no errors and six aces on 36 attempts. She was also steady on serve receive and tallied 23 digs.

Anna Gladwin, McDaniel

The junior outside hitter played strong on the left side and had 21 kills on the week for the Mountain Lions, who opened Portland Interscholastic League play with a 3-0 win over Cleveland.

Ellie Grace, West Albany

The sophomore setter/defensive specialist had 32 assists, three blocks and a pair of aces for the Bulldogs in their 25-17, 25-23, 25-22 win over South Albany in a Mid-Willamette Conference match played at South Albany High School.

Riley Harwood, McDaniel

The senior libero/defensive specialist stepped up for the Mountain Lions during the week, including 23-dig performance in a match with Ida B. Wells.

Olive Helms, McDaniel

The senior setter came back strong after recovering from illness with key digs, kills and aces and sets for the Mountain Lions, helping them get a 3-0 win over Cleveland in a Portland Interscholastic League opener.

Reese Kincaid, Central Catholic

The sophomore outside hitter was an integral factor for the Rams at the South Albany tournament. With key players unavailable, she had to shoulder a massive offensive and defensive load. She hit at .208 on 72 swings, with 27 kills and only 12 errors. She also had 31 digs and 19 successful serves with just one error.

Kaela Klopfenstein, Roseburg

The senior setter/defensive specialist stepped up with 22 assists, eight digs and two aces for the Indians in their 25-18, 25-16, 25-22 sweep at Sheldon in a key Southwest Conference match.

Brooke McHaffie, North Douglas

The senior middle blocker/setter had 15 kills and three blocks for the Warriors in their 25-11, 25-15, 25-16 home win over Elkton in a Skyline League contest.

Caroline Mick, Mazama

The senior defensive specialist helped lead the Vikings to 3-0 sweeps against rivals Henley and Klamath Union in Skyline Conference play. For the week she had 27 digs, 14 aces, five kills and 85-percent serving.

Kamden Mitchell, Crescent Valley

The junior setter had 36 assists, 18 kills, eight aces, eight digs and two blocks for the Raiders in wins over Lebanon and Central in Mid-Willamette Conference play. She also had 64 assists (5.8 assists per match), 19 kills, 18 digs, five blocks and two aces in helping the team tie for third place at the South Albany State Preview tournament.

Lucie Nguyen, Hermiston

The sophomore setter had 24 assists and five aces to help the Bulldogs score a 25-19, 25-13, 28-30, 25-8 win over Pasco, Wash., in a Mid-Columbia Conference match held at Hermiston High School.

Zoey Pappas, Umpqua Valley Christian

The senior setter/outside hitter shined with 24 assists, 14 kills and five aces to help the Monarchs score a 25-12, 25-19, 18-25, 25-10 home win over Myrtle Point in a Skyline League tilt.

Maya Payne, Heppner

The freshman setter/outside hitter stepped up with 20 digs, 18 assists, 10 kills and three aces for the Mustangs in their 23-25, 10-25, 25-21, 25-23, 15-8 home win over Stanfield in a Blue Mountain Conference match.

Annabelle Peterson, Cascade

The senior middle blocker put down 21 kills for the Cougars in their 25-14, 22-25, 25-10, 25-14 win at Philomath in an Oregon West Conference opener.

Madison Schaefer, McDaniel

The senior middle blocker had a big week blocking at the net as well as coming up with 15 kills for the Mountain Lions in matches with Ida B. Wells and Cleveland.

Haley Twyman, South Umpqua

The junior outside hitter had 17 digs, 14 kills and five aces to help lead the way for the Lancers in their 22-25, 25-19, 23-25, 25-22, 15-11 home win over Glide in a Far West League contest.

Bryndee Wilson, Camas Valley

The junior had 22 assists and five aces to help the Hornets battle their way to a 25-11, 25-21, 25-17 win at Yoncalla in a Skyline League match.
