Terrence Hill Jr. had 23 points, Utrillo Morris dished to Owen Nathan for the winning basket with 4.1 seconds left, and the Roosevelt Roughriders of Oregon held off the Eastside Catholic Crusaders of Washington for a 70-68 victory Wednesday in the championship game of The Hardwood Invite at Parkrose High School in Northeast Portland.
