Payton Ratcliffe of Wilsonville voted the WaFd Bank Oregon Girls Basketball Athlete of the Week

Ratcliffe received 74.71% of the vote, beating out Tualatin’s Ries Miadich, who finished second with 21.05%

Congratulations to Wilsonville’s Payton Ratcliffe for being voted SBLive’s WaFd Bank Oregon Girls Basketball Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 22-28. 

Ratcliffe, a junior forward on the Wilsonville team, had a big double-double for the Wildcats with 21 points and 15 rebounds in their 44-39 win over La Salle Prep in a key Northwest Oregon Conference game at Wilsonville High School. 

Ratcliffe received 74.71% of the vote, beating out Ries Miadich, a sophomore on the Tualatin team, who finished second with 21.05%. Kaylor Buse, a freshman on the West Linn team, was third with 1.67% and Jordyn Smith, a junior on the Tualatin team, was fourth with 1.43%. There were more than 8,000 votes tallied this week.
