Florida State football commit KJ Bolden visits Georgia for South Carolina game

The five-star safety made another trip to Georgia to watch the Bulldogs take on South Carolina

While Florida State managed to escape with a 31-29 win at Boston College on Saturday, the Seminoles' top 2024 commit was busy checking out another school.

For Buford (Georgia) safety KJ Bolden, it's a school and team he's very familiar with.

The five-star senior made the short drive to Athens for the Georgia-South Carolina game on Saturday.

Bolden wasn't the only Buford star in attendance for Saturday's showdown between the Bulldogs and Gamecocks. His current teammate and five-star Georgia commit Dylan Raiola was also at the game.

The two connected for a touchdown Friday night in nationally-ranked Buford’s win over Carver-Atlanta.

Less than 24 hours later, they were both in the stands at Georgia’s Sanford Stadium.

Bolden is the nation's No. 1 safety and No. 7 overall recruit in the class of 2024. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound senior committed to Florida State in August, choosing the Seminoles over Georgia, Ohio State, Auburn and more.

With Bolden leading the way, Florida State currently has the nation's No. 6 recruiting class in 2024.

Georgia has the No. 1 class, led by Bolden's high school teammate Raiola.
