KJ Bolden, nation's No. 1 safety and Florida State commit, wearing Georgia Bulldogs gloves Friday night
Could the Georgia Bulldogs flip Buford (Georgia) five-star safety KJ Bolden away from the Florida State Seminoles?
That remains to be seen, but Bolden's attire Friday night is unlikely to end that speculation.
Following last weekend's visit to Athens, Bolden was spotted wearing Georgia Bulldogs gloves ahead of his game against Marietta:
Despite rave reviews of previous visits to Georgia, Bolden committed to Florida State over the Bulldogs and others in early August.
Since that time, however, a lot has changed.
Bolden has built up a strong connection to Georgia commit and five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola, who transferred from Pinnacle (Arizona) to Buford in the offseason.
Furthermore, Georgia pledge and fellow elite Buford prospect Jadon Perlotte, the nation's No. 7 linebacker, has indicated he and Bolden are a package deal.
So, is that good news for Florida State or Georgia?
While experts have speculated that Perlotte is the more likely of the two bluechip prospects to flip, there seems to be growing buzz that it could be Bolden who has a change of heart and decides to stay home.
None of that was truly sorted out Friday night, but for Bulldogs fans looking to connect the dots, it seems Bolden's gloves are a hint that he's at least willing to rep the back-to-back national champs.
