Several teams kept undefeated seasons intact Friday and Dutch Fork continued its resurgence in the third round of the state playoffs.

Here’s a look at what happened:

5-A

*It now seems like Dutch Fork’s 2-5 record back in early October is ancient history. The defending state champions blasted Gaffney, 35-10, for their sixth win in a row. Quarterback Ethan Offing threw for 188 yards and a touchdown and had two rushing touchdowns for the Silver Foxes. Trent Lodge added a pair of rushing touchdowns.

Dutch Fork hosts J.L. Mann in the semifinals.

*Trae Green ran 24 times for 225 yards and 5 touchdowns as top-ranked Summerville raced past Carolina Forest, 63-35. Yannick Smith had two rushing touchdowns as the Green Wave scored on 9 of 10 possessions.

4-A

*Irmo made it look easy in a 34-7 rout of James Island in a contest between two unbeaten teams. Quarterback A.J. Brand ran for three touchdowns and tailback Jaden Allen-Hendrix had two. The Yellow Jackets are in the semifinals for the first time since 2010.

*SyRee Livingston had four rushing touchdowns in South Florence’s 42-22 win over upstart Lancaster. The Bruins have won 28 consecutive games and host Irmo in the semifinals. Lancaster ended the season 3-10 after springing two huge upsets.

3-A

*Grayson White threw for two touchdowns and ran for two more as the Camden Bulldogs rallied past Gilbert, 35-28.

*Will Young ran for 315 yards and 5 touchdowns as Brookland-Cayce trounced Crestwood 53-27. The Bearcats have won nine straight and will play Camden in the semifinals.

2-A

*B.J. Montgomery ran for 180 yards and 3 touchdowns while Blake Croft had a pick-six in Gray Collegiate’s 35-28 win over Strom Thurmond. The War Eagles face defending champion Abbeville in the semifinals.

1-A

*M.J. McCann ran for three touchdowns as Bamberg-Ehrhardt walloped Cross 41-6. The Red Raiders will host Johnsonville in the semifinals.

SCISA

4-A

*Andrew Turner threw a 32-yard touchdown pass to Mike Tyler as Hammond rallied past Laurence Manning for its seventh consecutive state championship.

8-man

*Paxton Wall ran for a pair of touchdowns as Jefferson Davis beat Holly Hill Academy 20-14. Holly Hill was seeking its fourth title in a row.
