We have 10 athletes nominated this week for SBLive’s South Carolina Boys’ Player of the Week from Dec. 10-16 and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should indeed be the top athlete selected. Voting will conclude on Saturday, Dec. 23 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Here are this week's nominees:

Michael Jones, Pinewood Prep

Jones scored 30 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in a 90-69 win over Laurence Manning Academy. The 6-foot-5 guard also tallied 25 points in a 63-59 win over Bishop England.

Yasir Cromer, River Bluff

Cromer had 16 points and 6 assists as the Gators ran away with an 81-50 win over Midland Valley.

Braysen Stockman, Ben Lippen

The 6-foot-2 guard was productive in all areas as he got 21 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals in a 74-54 win over Northside Christian.

Sam Medalie, Atlantic Collegiate Academy

Medalie, a 6-foot-3 senior guard, scored 26 points while connecting on six 3-pointers as the Armada beat Morehead (N.C.) 76-71.

Cazz Williams, Fort Dorchester

The 6-foot senior guard scored 16 points to go along with 10 rebounds and 7 assists as the Patriots pulled out a 58-56 overtime win against Orangeburg-Wilkinson.

Isaiah Scott-Palacios, Greenwood Christian

Scott-Palacios, a 6-foot-1 senior guard, had 29 points and 10 rebounds in an 83-82 double-overtime win over Northside Christian.

Terrence Cartledge, McCormick

The 6-foot-5 sophomore forward/center scored 17 points on 7-of-9 shooting and had 9 rebounds in a 65-29 win over Whitmire. Cartledge had 14 points and 9 rebounds as the Chief beat Emerald 65-53. He also got 12 points in the Chiefs’ 76-10 rout of Thornwell Charter.

Jackson Burnham, Nation Ford

Burnham scored 32 points in a 76-67 loss to Lancaster. Earlier in the week, the 6-foot-3 senior scored 36 points in a 69-67 loss to Indian Land.

Nori Adams, Marlboro County

The 6-foot-4 senior scored 19 points in the Bulldogs’ 56-35 win over Scotland County (N.C.).

J.J. Davis, Mullins

Davis, a 5-foot-11 senior guard, scored 19 points in the Auctioneers’ 81-34 rout of Latta. Earlier in the week, he got 29 points as the Auctioneers pounded Loris 77-49.
