We have 10 players nominated this week for SBLive’s South Carolina High School Baseball Player of the Week from March 3-9 and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should indeed be the top athlete selected. Voting will conclude on Saturday, March 16 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Here are this week's nominees:

Byer Ware, Camden

In a dominant performance, Ware threw a one-hitter with 14 strikeouts on just 73 pitches as the Bulldogs beat Andrew Jackson 3-0. Ware also had a hit and walked twice.

Alex LaCoste, Hillcrest

LaCoste was 3-for-3 with a home run and 4 RBIs as the Rams blanked Spartanburg 12-0 in the second of a two-game series. In the first game, LaCoste homered and was 2-for-4.

Cole Price, Batesburg-Leesville

Price was 2-for-5 with a home run and 3 RBIs as the Panthers beat Lakewood 12-2.

Collin Anderson, James Island

Anderson threw a two-hitter with 10 strikeouts and no walks over five innings as the Trojans beat Ashley Ridge 9-0.

Charlie Bonds, Richard Winn Academy

Bonds went 2-for-3 with a walkoff homer run in a win over Richland Northeast. In addition, he pitched 2/3 of an inning with a strikeout in the top of the seventh.

Noah Mills, Newberry

Mills was 4-for-4 with two doubles and three RBIs as the Bulldogs beat Whitmire 9-4. The 6-foot, 200-pound senior was also 1-for-3 in a 4-1 win over Irmo.

Jaden Williamson, Dillon

Willamson had a huge game with three hits, including a home run and two doubles, and four RBIs in the Wildcats’ 14-3 romp over Carvers Bay.

Bradley Anderson, Fox Creek

Anderson threw a two-hitter with 14 strikeouts while going 1-for-2 with a double in the Predators’ 5-1 win over Emerald. In a 17-10 win over Academy of Richmond County (Ga.), he was 2-for-4 with a double and 4 RBIs.

Layton Morris, Williamsburg Academy

Morris was 3-for-4 with a home run, double and 5 RBIs in a 14-0 romp over Lee Academy.

Dalton Bisbano, Pinewood Prep

Bisbano belted a three-run homer and pitched 4 2/3 innings with eight strikeouts and no earned runs in a 5-3 win over Laurence Manning Academy.
