Westside senior quarterback Cutter Woods hits senior wideout De’maysa Dawson with a touchdown pass to go up 13-0. The point-after kick failed with three minutes remaining in the first quarter.

The touchdown strike was the sixth of the year for Cutter Woods, who has already thrown for 488 yards in the first two games this season.


TOUCHDOWN: Belton-Honea Path senior running back Marquise Henderson scores on a 5-yard run to narrow the lead to 13-7 with a miinute remaining in the first quarter. Christian Bridwell added the PAT kick.

That was the eighth rushing touchdown of the season for Marquise Henderson.

Second Quarter

Woods has thrown two touchdown passes in the game and now has seven on the season through just three games.

TOUCHDOWN: Westside senior Sharode Richardson picks up a fumble and returns it 48 yards for a Westside touchdown. Bola Gil connects on the PAT kick and the Rams now lead 27-7 with six minutes to go in the first half.

TOUCHDOWN: Westside senior quarterback Cutter Woods unleashes his third touchdown pass of the game, this one a 63-yarder to Dreson Evans. Bola Gil boots the extra point and the Rams now lead 34-7 with just over four minutes left in the first half.
