East Valley Knights beat Rogers Pirates 35-24 in Washington high school football game
East Valley HS - East Valley High School safety Diezel Wilkinson accumulated 231 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to guide the East Valley Knights to a 35-24 win over the Rogers Pirates on Friday night in a high school football game.
The Knights also received key efforts from outside linebacker Joe Hofstee who rushed 13 times for 95 yards and 1 touchdown and player EV who rushed 14 times for 48 yards.
Rogers' quarterback Deon Kinsey threw for 143 yards and 2 touchdowns and wide receiver Anthony Dearfield had 118 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.
The win helps East Valley improve to 3-2 on the season while Rogers falls to 0-6. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
East Valley will take on the Pullman Greyhounds at home on Thursday October 21. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
