Galvan's grand slam was the big blow for the Pirates

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Aidan Moody threw a five-inning no-hitter and Rylan Galvan drove in six runs - including a grand slam - to keep the Sinton Pirates baseball team undefeated in district play with a 17-1 victory over Miller on Friday.

Galvan finished 2-for-4 with the grand slam and a double. Blake Mitchell also homered for the Pirates, who scored nine runs in the first inning.

Moody did not allow a hit in his five innings of work, striking out 11 to pick up the win.
