Week 9 of the Texas high school football regular season continued Saturday, and the SBLive Texas scoreboard is providing live updates of every game in the state throughout the weekend.

No. 1 Duncanville and No. 2 DeSoto both recorded wins ahead of the showdown of the year, the October 27 matchup between the nationally ranked district foes.

Miller pulled away late to beat Veterans Memorial in a back-and-forth South Texas showdown in Corpus Christi on Thursday.

Four teams in Texas are ranked in SBLive/Sports Illustrated's Power 25. Duncanville is No. 5, DeSoto No. 7, Galena Park North Shore is No. 10 and Austin Westlake is No. 19 in Monday's update.
