Texas A&M commit calls out Dre'lon Miller after he decommits from Aggies
The Texas A&M Aggies experienced a significant blow to their recruiting class last month when Silsbee (Texas) four-star wide receiver Dre'lon Miller announced his decommitment from the program following an LSU Tigers visit.
When explaining that decision recently to TexsAgs, Miller said it was a hard choice.
"It was a very hard decision," he said. "I love A&M."
But apparently those words were not well-received by everyone associated with the Aggies, including Texas A&M commit and Pine Tree (Texas) four-star defensive lineman Dealyn Evans.
"No he don't," Evans posted to social media following Miller's "I love A&M" comment.
The recruiting process is a difficult one for many prospects around the country, and part of the process is connecting with future teammates.
When players decommit, sometimes it fractures relationships that have been built up through unofficial and official visits, camp events, text threads, etc.
One of the lesser-discussed aspects of the recruiting process is how commits interact with one another, and how those relationships change when commits take other visits and/or decommit.
Clearly not everyone was happy with Miller's decision to look around.
