North Shore defeats Cy-Fair: Live score, Texas high school football playoff recap
Nationally ranked North Shore thumped Houston area power Cy-Fair in a Texas high school football regional semifinal playoff showdown behind a big night from junior QB Kaleb Bailey in the Class 6A Division I bracket on Friday at NRG Stadium.
Bailey completed 21 of 26 pass attempts for 315 passing yards and five total touchdowns, four passing and one on his feet.
The Mustangs advance to the regional finals, where they will face the Lamar vs. Atascocita winner, which kicks off at 7 p.m. directly after.

North Shore is headlined by third-year starting quarterback Kaleb Bailey and 3-star 2025 receiver Chris Barnes, and a secondary that features 5-star corner Devin Sanchez and 3-star safety LaVonte Johnson.
They're tasked with slowing the versatile Cy-Fair quarterback Trey Owens, who is committed to Texas.
