Top scores, finishes from 2023 UIL postseason across the Lone Star State

The regional final round of the Texas high school football playoffs wrapped up on Saturday and UIL state semifinals matchups were set across the Lone Star State.

All four nationally ranked Texas high school football programs rolled through to the next round: DeSoto thumped Cedar Hill, Duncanville leads Westfield by a wide margin late, North Shore staved off upset-minded Atascocita and Westlake edged Lake Travis.

The state semifinals run Thursday through Saturday and championship week is Dec. 13-16 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
