Led by Portland-bound MJ Bruno, defending 4A state champion Central Valley defeated Mead for the East Region title to cap a league-only 4A/3A Greater Spokane League girls basketball season. Here are the 4A/3A Greater Spokane League first team, second team, most valuable player and coach of the year, as voted on by league coaches:
