Congratulations to Kennedy Catholic girls swimmer Hailey Weiler for being voted SBLive’s WaFd Bank Washington High School Athlete of the Week for Oct. 16-Oct. 21!

What hasn't this sophomore done so far this fall? During the regular season, Weiler posted state-qualifying cuts in all eight individual events, then swept two sprint races (100-, 200-yard freestyle) and two relays to lead the Lancers to the meet title at last week's 4A NPSL championships. She has not lost a race all season.

Weiler received 67.2% of the vote, beating out Toppenish volleyball standout Tatiana Camacho, who finished second with 20.4%.
