___
BEST MATCHUP
Deep District 4 produces these state playoff-caliber, top-10 matchups in this round, and this Toledo-Raymond/South Bend game is no exception. Riverhawks won earlier game (42-35), and have the better postseason pedigree. But the Ravens have two biggest-play threats in QB Austin Snodgrass and RB Ferrill Johnson.
___
SCORING POTENTIAL
When Manson hosted Asotin in Week 3, RB Angel Lopez rushed for 194 yards and two touchdowns in a 42-26 Trojans' victory. But the Panthers have found their downhill-running rhythm during recent five-game winning streak, and experienced offensive line has created big holes for RB Peter Eggleston.
___
GRINDER POTENTIAL
Don't let the contrast in styles - Brewster's deep-shot passing attack versus Reardan's power run game - fool you: Neither of these teams are built for high-scoring playoff games. Athletic Bears will try and ride Brady Wulf-to-Cort Gebbers connection while bigger Screaming Eagles punish defenses with QB Rysen Soliday and RB Evan Krupke.
___
STANDOUT OF THE WEEK
Adna will likely provide help to secondary starting three underclassmen, but that won't prevent Napavine QB Ashton Demarest looking for his new favorite target - slot WR Cayle Kelly, who should find the end zone multiple times for No. 1 Tigers.
___
WHO ADVANCES
Asotin, Goldendale, Kalama, Napavine, Northwest Christian of Colbert, Okanogan, Onalaska, Reardan, River View, Toledo, Tri-Cities Prep.
