Preakness Stakes winners: Full list of past champions
The 2016 Preakness Stakes will be held on Saturday at Pimlico.
Last year, American Pharoah won the race on his way to becoming the first horse since Affirmed in 1978 to win the Triple Crown.
Nyquist is looking to become just the second horse to win the Triple Crown in the year after another horse accomplished the feat. After winning the Kentucky Derby, he is favored at 4/7 odds. Exaggerator is expected to be his toughest competition after finishing second at the Derby and currently has 15/4 odds.
