This is the second season of Major League Baseball's two-wild-card format and this year it comes with a twist: a one-game tiebreaker in the American League between the Texas Rangers and Tampa Bay Rays on Monday to determine who will meet the Cleveland Indians in the AL Wild-Card Game on Wednesday. In the National League, the Pirates and Reds will meet in Pittsburgh on Tuesday in the first official playoff game of the 2013 postseason.

Here are the scheduled start times, TV listings and starting pitchers for the week ahead:

AL Wild-card Tiebreaker: Monday, Sept. 30 

Rays at Rangers, 8:00 p.m. ET, TBS; David Price (9-8, 3.39 ERA) vs. Martin Perez (10-5, 3.55 ERA)

NL Wild-Card Game: Tuesday, Oct. 1

Reds at Pirates, 8:00 p.m.ET, TBS; Johnny Cueto (5-2, 2.82 ERA) vs. Francisco Liriano (16-8, 3.02 ERA)

AL Wild-Card Game: Wednesday, Oct. 2

Rays/Rangers at Indians, 8:00 p.m. ET, TBS; TBD vs. Danny Salazar (2-3, 3.12 ERA)

NL Division Series: Thursday, Oct. 3, Game 1

Reds/Pirates at Cardinals, Start time TBD, TBS; Mat Latos (14-7, 3.16 ERA) or A.J. Burnett (10-11, 3.30 ERA) vs. Adam Wainwright (19-9, 2.94 ERA)
