Remember Grady Sizemore? The one-time Indians star has been in and out of baseball since 2010 due to a seemingly never-ending series of back and knee injuries. It got so bad that Sizemore sat out the entire 2013 season recuperating, and that's after missing the entire 2012 season due to back surgery and then microfracture surgery on his right knee. But now Sizemore's back, in Pog form with the Red Sox on a one-year deal, and if his play this spring is any indication, he might still have something to offer. That was certainly the case Monday, as Sizemore made two great catches in centerfield against the Cardinals. The first grab came in the first inning, with Sizemore going full-bore into the wall to rob Daniel Descalso of extra bases. The latter came in the seventh inning, as he took a sure double away from Jon Jay (and saved a run) with a diving catch in left-center. You can catch it below.

Given Sizemore's extensive injury history, it's understandable if you winced when you saw his body make contact with the wall and then the ground. But he was apparently no worse for the wear, getting up both times apparently unharmed.
