He has been out since mid-June but his return will come just in time for the Giants' home series vs. the Cardinals, which begins on Tuesday. The 32-year-old World Series champion was batting .307/.356/.411 prior to the injury.
The NL West-leading Giants are 46-34 heading into Saturday night's game at home vs. the Cincinnati Reds.
