Giants first baseman Brandon Belt is 10 days from returning to baseball activities, John Shea of The San Francisco Chronicle reported Saturday.

The 26-year-old remains on the concussion disabled list but said he will re-evaluated by doctors on Sept. 8. He could possibly begin simulated game action at the end of a Sept. 9-14 homestand, according to Shea.
